Every Tuesday throughout the summer, guests will have the opportunity to experience Yoga, Pilates, or a Sound Bath class in the beautiful covered Pavilion led by the experienced instructors of Yoga Strong. Indulge in a day dedicated to nourishing the mind, body, and spirit while taking in beautiful lakeside and vineyard views.\nLearn more about relaxation from a Gervasi Spa representative stationed at the event and schedule a follow-up treatment for even more ways to indulge in full body wellness.\nClasses are held rain or shine. After class be sure to stay and experience the beautiful atmosphere of Gervasi Vineyard.\nVinyasa Flow Yoga\nAn all-levels breath to-movement yoga class. Each class will include a slow warm-up, sun salutations, a flow sequence that could include balance, twists, or backends, and end with a longer cool down and savasana. Everyone is welcome regardless of yoga experience, but some familiarity with basic yoga postures is recommended. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.\n\n\n
