Cancellation Policy

Should the reservation be cancelled 30 days in advance of arrival date, a full refund (equal to total room stay charges) will be made.

Should the reservation be cancelled 15-29 days in advance of arrival date, guests have the option of rescheduling the date or receiving a refund less a $75 cancellation fee per room per night ($300 fee for Farmhouse).

If the reservation is canceled within 1-14 days prior to arrival date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE however the reservation can be rescheduled using 50% of the funds paid towards a new stay.

Same day cancellations, no shows and early departures will be subject to full forfeiture of funds paid and reservation cannot be rescheduled.

Enhance your stay services require a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours before service in order to receive a full refund.

All reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card. The credit card provided will be charged in full upon reservation confirmation.

Booking policy

A valid credit card will be required for payment at the time of booking.  Unless otherwise stated, rates do not include taxes, gratuities, resort fees, service charges, or incidental charges. By booking this reservation, you agree to pay all charges involved with my stay including, but not limited to all room charges, applicable taxes, charges for any damages or missing hotel items caused to the room. Gervasi cannot guarantee any combinations of rooms with regard to specific views, property locations or combinations of rooms. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions in assigned guestrooms. Preferences will be honored when available.

Check In

Check in begins at 3pm EST. Guests must present a valid credit card at check-in for pre-authorization of all taxes, fees and incidental charges. Gervasi does not keep or store credit card data.

Check Out

Check out time is 11am EST.

General

Gervasi Vineyard is not responsible for any lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged items while you are on property.

Gervasi is an active and lively environment; guests are likely to experience festivities and music up until 11pm in the evening. Should you need assistance, please call Guest Services.

No kitchen appliance or similar (hot plates, crock pots, etc.) can be utilized in any lobby area or guest suites. Furthermore, the use of any open flame in any hotel setting on property is strictly prohibited. Guest will be responsible for all damages due to open flames.

Privacy Policy

The security of your sensitive information is important to us. The information entered will be sent via secure server. Gervasi does not keep or store credit card data. I agree to receive the enewsletter from Gervasi Vineyard. I understand that I can opt out at any time and my information will never be shared with a third party.

In-Room Gatherings

Only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Outsider caterers and entertainment vendors are not permitted on the grounds.

Smoking Policy

Gervasi Vineyard strictly prohibits smoking and vaping inside all buildings and outside all entrances, on all patios and pathways. Tobacco smoking is permitted only in parking lots away from the buildings’ entrances. Marijuana smoking is not permitted anywhere on property. A room recovery fee of at least $250 per room will be imposed for a guest who does not comply with the non-smoking policy in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring the guestroom(s) to a smoke free condition.

Pet Policy

No pets (including emotional support animals) allowed in guestrooms or on the property.

Fitness Center Policy

Gervasi Vineyard offers a fitness center for all registered hotel guests over the age of 16, guests utilize the gym at their own risk. Gervasi does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the exercise facilities or equipment.

Villa Lobby Guidelines

The following list highlights the Villa Lobby guidelines. ALL guests should understand that strict adherence to these guidelines will be expected and enforced. Should the wedding party or their guests chose to not reserve entire Villas, they should understand that the Villa Lobby is to be shared and enjoyed by all Villa guests registered in a given Villa.

  • QUIET TIME begins at 11:00pm in the Villa Lobby, Shared Patio, and entire Gervasi grounds.
  • Villa Lobby is to be enjoyed by registered Villa guests ONLY. If guest has reserved entire Villa, outside guests could be invited to the Villa Lobby (maximum occupancy of 14). Registered guests only are permitted for overnight stays.
  • Villa Lobby CANNOT be used for hair and makeup, family gathering, wedding party gatherings, photo sessions, etc. unless the entire Villa has been reserved by the guest. All guests are to be checked in with Guest Services prior to utilizing the Villa lobby area. Call Guest Services for assistance with clean up of the Villa Lobby.
  • If children are staying, you must tend to them and be respectful of other guests by not allowing them to slam doors, play in Villa Lobby or shared patio unattended, etc.
  • Do not place personal items in the Villa Lobby unless you have reserved the entire Villa. This includes wedding supplies, apparel, etc. Please keep Villa Lobby orderly and available for other guests.
  • iPods, radios, etc. CANNOT be utilized in the Villa Lobby unless the guest has reserved the entire Villa.
  • Do not move furniture in the Villa Lobby.
  • Refrigerators are available in each guest suite for personal food or beverages. Refrigerators in the Villa Lobby are stocked with beverages for the enjoyment of registered Villa guests. Additional re-stocking can be provided for a fee if being used for gatherings. Please do NOT use refrigerator in Villa Lobby for personal items.
  • Personal items CANNOT be placed in the ice machine as to not contaminate the ice.
  • NO kitchen appliance or similar (hot plates, crock pots, etc.) can be utilized in the Villa Lobby or guest suites.
