It all started with a unused, run down, dilapidated 200-year-old-barn. The historic barn originally housed livestock for an old dairy farm in Canton, Ohio. It was brought back to life and given a purpose by The Swaldo Family, the owners of GV Destinations. After a long Ohio winter, spring is now inviting us to enjoy the outdoors. The birds are returning to wake us up with their happy morning songs, flowers are popping up everywhere and the trees are bursting alive with brightly colored buds.

Guests visiting Gervasi Vineyard have access to some of the best scenery around. The winery resort is designed in grand style with magnificent, picturesque landscapes much like a Tuscan Village right out of Italy. As Gervasi Vineyard (GV) starts preparing vines for the next harvest of grapes, it is a perfect time to learn the story of GV’s three Family Reserve wines. All three wines are made from grapes grown on the five acres of vineyards on the 55-acre estate. These wines are produced in the state-of-the-art winery located in Canton, Ohio.

These impressive and award-winning group of wines are named after the founding values of the winery’s family owners –Ted and Linda, and their son, Scott Swaldo, General Manger and CEO.
