Wine Shipping and Returns


You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age (signature required).

State law requires an adult signature at the time of delivery for any package containing alcohol.

Once you place an order with, an email will be sent to you immediately to acknowledge receipt of your order. makes every effort to show accurate product listings on our website. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine from another state. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your State. We currently ship wine to the following states. OH, CA, AK, AL, AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA,ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY


Returns & Cancellations
Per Ohio Law, spirits and wine are not returnable. If you receive wine that was damaged during shipping, please contact us to process a replacement. We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.  We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. We will require a photo of the damaged product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
