Cold, wind, rain, snow, and ice. The weather lately has given northeast Ohio plenty of winter. Most people have been spending their time snuggling under a warm, comfortable blanket while binge-watching television shows. But people are beginning to get back to active mode and enjoy amazing events out from under that blanket and out of the house.
GV has you covered for some of the most enjoyable spring events with wine pairings, bourbon tastings, cooking demonstrations, Vino Veristy, and a Solar Eclipse Hotel Package for the main event on April 8.
10 Spring Events at GV
The following are the best spring events in the area to have fun, learn something new, meet someone new and eat some great foods. Follow the links below for complete details and to register for any or all of the following events.
1 – BOURBON & BITES – Try three of Gervasi’s bourbons paired with four delicious bites from GV’s culinary team.
MENU:
- Crab and Corn Bisque paired with Rum Barrel Bourbon
- Strawberry “shortcake” Salad – greens, biscuit croutons, macerated strawberries, goat cheese, yogurt vinaigrette paired with Wine Barrel Bourbon
- Crispy Pork Belly, orange, maple and brown sugar glazed carrots paired with Maple Cask Bourbon
- Cheesecake with Bourbon Peach Caramel
2 – PILATES CLASS – A rejuvenating Pilates class at Gervasi Vineyard, where tranquility meets fitness in a picturesque setting in the Villa Grande. Led by experienced and certified Pilates instructor, Dominique Davide! The one-hour class will progress through a series of fluid movements designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Each exercise is carefully choreographed to target specific muscle groups, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
3 – SIP + LEARN – Whether you are a curious newcomer or a seasoned aficionado you will enjoy a guided experience where you will learn more about bar basics, Gervasi Spirits, and the art of craft cocktails. You will mix, shake, stir and sip your way through an educational hands-on experience where you will hand-craft two cocktails to enjoy during the class. Enjoy a break between the two cocktails to socialize and have fun with guests around you. All tools, ingredients and take-home recipe cards are provided. 4 – HATS & HEELS: SPRING TEA SOIRÉE – Gather your ladies, flaunt your most fabulous hats and heels, and lets soirée! Featuring a complimentary mimosa upon arrival, freshly brewed teas and a gourmet coffee bar, complemented by an assortment of savory bites, and decadent pastries!
5 – SOLAR ECLIPSE – HOTEL PACKAGE – Elevate the experience of watching the solar eclipse by unwinding in comfort with an overnight stay at The Villas or The Casa, where the tranquil ambiance and luxurious amenities make for a memorable escape. There are still available rooms at The Casa and The Villas, but hurry they are filling fast.

6 – VINO VERISTY – Vino Versity is a monthly recurring event at the Cave. Looking to take your wine education to the next level? Vino Versity at The Cave will give guests a hands-on, interactive educational experience on Gervasi’s diverse wine portfolio. Great opportunity for entry-level wine connoisseurs interested in advancing their vino education. Upcoming dates include: March 20; April 17; May 15.
7 – VINO MUSICA –Vino Musica is also a monthly recurring event at the Cave. Guests will enjoy music selections performed by Rolando based on the variety of four wine selections. An artful wine-tasting experience that is sure to be diverse each month. Vino Musica includes four wine tastings, a small bite, and 1-hour long experience in The Cave at Gervasi Vineyard. Future dates include: March 6; April 3; May 1.
8 – CELEBRATE SPRING WINE PAIRING – Celebrate Spring at Gervasi’s wine pairing event in The Villa Grande. Try bites of delicious food paired with award-winning wines.

10 – PRIMAVERA SPRING WINE DINNER – During this exclusive dining event in The Villa Grande, you’ll experience a five-course gourmet meal paired with award-winning Gervasi wines and live music by Rolando.

Summer Sneak Peak
Summer will get here sooner than you think. Gervasi is already scheduling ahead and has a busy summer planned for its guests with the 2024 Music Concert Series in the Vineyard.
Get your tickets today for concerts starting late May and running every month through late September. Some of last year’s favorites are returning to the GV stage including Rat Pack, Cleveland Keys, 24K Magic, Silver Springs, and In the Heartland. There are many new shows planned as well.
