Named in honor of Gervasi matriarch Linda Swaldo, the name is derived from the Portuguese phrase for “Oh, Beautiful,” reflecting both the elegance of the space and the warmth of the experience. Stylish yet personal, OLINDA celebrates togetherness and family.

February 11-15 are soft openings with reservations required. OLINDA officially opens on February 16.
