Do I need dining reservations?

It depends on the venue. The Bistro accepts reservations, while several other venues are primarily walk-in. Always check the specific venue page before you arrive.

What are hotel check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Where do I check in for The Villas, The Casa, or The Farmhouse?

Hotel check-in is located at The Welcome Center inside of The Still House.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Requests are typically not accommodated due to room turnover needs. Unauthorized use past check-out may be charged as an additional night.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

30+ days: full refund. 15–29 days: reschedule or refund minus a cancellation fee (Farmhouse has a separate fee). 1–14 days: non-refundable; reschedule using 50% of funds paid. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and early departures: funds forfeited; cannot reschedule.

For lodging (Villas, Casa, Farmhouse): no pets, including emotional support animals, are allowed in guestrooms or on the property. Separately: The Twisted Olive (off-site) welcomes well-behaved dogs on the patio with posted guidelines.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all buildings and outside entrances, patios, and pathways (tobacco smoking is limited to parking lots away from entrances).

Can I host a gathering in my suite or bring in outside food vendors?

Only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays. Parties and gatherings are not permitted, and outside caterers or entertainment vendors are not allowed on the grounds.

Should I expect a quiet property at night?

Gervasi is an active environment and guests may experience festivities and music up until 11:00 PM.

Is there a resort fee?

Overnight stays in The Villas and The Casa have a $20 nightly resort fee. Fees and totals are shown during booking. The Farmhouse does not have a resort fee.

Is breakfast included with lodging?

The Villas and The Casa include breakfast for two that is delivered to the room each morning. The Farmhouse does not include breakfast, but it can be added on.

What is The Cave? Do I need tickets?

The Cave is an intimate, guided wine experience area that can include tastings and a barrel room component. Ticketed experiences and availability are typically listed on the events calendar.

How do I find live music and events?

Use the events calendar to see upcoming live music, tastings, demonstrations, and special events.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available through Gervasi’s shop and can be used across many on-property experiences (details at purchase).
