Spa Etiquette & Policies
ARRIVAL
For Spa services arrive 30 minutes* before the scheduled appointment to allow for Tranquility Welcome. *Arrival after this time means you are forgoing your relaxation time in our Tranquility lounge.
Med Spa Services, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Glam services, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS
24-hour notice for appointment cancellations, and 48-hour notice for multiple service or package appointments. All cancellations or rescheduling outside of the cancellation period will be charged in full for scheduled service.
Med Spa Cancellations – 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations, and 48-hour notice for multiple service or package appointments. All cancellations or rescheduling outside of the cancellation period will be charged in full for scheduled service. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours will be subject to a $100 fee.
CELL PHONES
To ensure a tranquil and relaxing experience for all Spa guests, we request that electronic devices are silenced upon arrival. If you must access your cell phone during your Spa experiences, we ask that you respect the peace and privacy of other Spa guests.
CHANGE FEES
If you must reschedule your appointment for the same day of service, a $50 change fee will be charged based on availability.
CHANGING ROOM AND TRANQUILITY LOUNGE
Spa services include access to both the men’s and women’s changing rooms and the Tranquility Lounge. Glam and Med Spa services do not include changing room access or the Tranquility Lounge.
CHILDREN AND TEENS
Limited services are offered to anyone under the age of 18. Please inquire with The Spa for a complete list of qualified services. Childcare is not provided.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE & PAYMENT POLICIES
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks or prepaid credit card gift cards. A 2.5% processing fee applies to all transactions paid in full with a credit card or room charged. Fee will be removed for any transactions paid in full with debit card or gift card. Please inform Cashier.
GRATUITY
A 20% gratuity is suggested and will be added to the final cost at your convenience.
GROUPS AND WEDDINGS
Please call The Spa directly to schedule services.
LATE ARRIVALS
The Spa will do its best to accommodate late appointment arrivals, and service to be charged in full. We reserve the right to amend treatment by 15 minutes.
“ONE HOUR” MASSAGE
One-hour massage equals 50 minutes of actual massage and a 10-minute recovery period.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The Spa cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and valuables. Please leave any valuables at home or in your guestroom.
PREGNANCY
Please inquire with The Spa for a complete list of qualified services.
PRICING
Friday through Sunday and most holidays will have a $20 price increase due to higher demand.
RESERVATIONS
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and secured with a major credit card and phone number. Charges will be applied the day of services. Hotel guests must secure their appointment with a credit card and have the option to room charge on the day of services. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Indicate at the time of booking if a male or female therapist is preferred.
We have the right to deny any service at any time.
