Do you take reservations?
Yes. Reservations are available at The Bistro (reservations are not offered at most other estate venues).

What is the dress policy?
Many of our guests in The Bistro are celebrating a special moment whether that be a birthday, anniversary, graduation, shower, or simply gathering with family and friends. We ask that our guests keep this in mind and dress business to upscale casual. Dresses, skirts, dress pants, dress shorts, dark dress jeans, blouses, golf shirts, and button-down shirts are strongly encouraged. Sport coats are welcomed but not required.
We kindly request that you refrain from torn, cut-off, offensive prints or sayings, swim wear, see-through and ill-fitting clothing, gym wear including shorts, sweat pants, casual hoodies, and baseball hats. Our team is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional experience for all of our guests and we appreciate your cooperation and patronage.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?
Share allergies with your server. The kitchen can guide you to appropriate options, but cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

Do you offer private dining or group reservations?
Yes, private dining options are handled through Gervasi’s Private Dining team.

Can you bring in outside cake or desserts?
Yes, you can bring in non-Gervasi cakes, confections, or family favorites for an additional charge of $1.50 per person.

Live music schedules vary; events are posted on the site’s calendars.

Is there parking on-site?
Yes, parking is available on the estate at 1700 55th St NE, Canton.

Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, but reservations are the best way to plan.

Can I request patio seating?
The patio seating at The Bistro is a separate restaurant called The Piazza. All patio seating is first-come, first served.

Do you have high chairs?
Yes.

For larger groups, use Private Dining inquiry.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available.

Kids are welcome; it is also a popular special-occasion venue.

We offer a consistent menu alongside a rotating selection of seasonal dishes.

Yes, wine is available to purchase at The Bistro. You can also purchase at The Marketplace and online.

What is your cancellation policy for dining reservations?
This restaurant requires a credit card to secure this reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 2 days in advance may be subject to a charge of $10 per person.
