Chocolates in The Cave

Step into a sweet and sparkling Valentine’s wonderland at Gervasi Vineyard’s Chocolates in The Cave. This romantic, open-house-style evening invites guests to indulge in decadent chocolate-inspired desserts, sip wine, and soak up the cozy glow of The Cave.
Stroll through an antipasti-style dessert display featuring an array of handcrafted chocolate-themed desserts—perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself). Enjoy a tasting flight of three 2 oz pours of Gervasi’s signature wines as you mingle, snack, and savor the love-filled ambiance.

All venues are open normal business hours, unless listed below. Hours are subject to change. The Casa and Villas are open everyday.
Marketplace Holiday Hours through January 1:
– Dec 30: 10:30am-8pm
– Dec 31: 10:30am-5pm
– Jan 1: Closed
New Year’s Eve – Wednesday, December 31
– The Crush House is seating 11:30am-8:45pm with evening reservations available.
– The Still House is open 7am-1:30am. Live music by Stephen Cushman from 7-10pm and DJ Reggie Fields from 10:30pm-1:30am.
– The Bistro is seating 4-8:30pm with live music from 5:30-9:30pm by Stan Miller.
– The Marketplace is open 10:30am-5pm.
– The Spa is open 9am-4pm.
– The Cave has a ticketed tour at 1:30pm followed by public hours from 2:30-5:30pm.
– The Twisted Olive is seating from 11:30am-8:30pm
