  1. How many guests does The Farmhouse sleep?

    The Farmhouse sleeps up to 8.

  2. Is there a minimum stay?

    A two-night minimum applies.

  3. What are check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

  4. Where do we check in?

    Check-in is at the Welcome Center inside The Still House.

  5. Is breakfast included?

    No, breakfast is not included at The Farmhouse, but can be purchased.

  6. What is the cancellation policy for The Farmhouse?

    In general: 30+ days full refund, 29 days or less a $300 fee, and 14 days or less non-refundable.

  7. Can we do early check-in or late check-out?

    Early check-in and late check-out are not accommodated.

  8. Are pets allowed?

    No, the estate is pet-free (service animals permitted).

  9. Is smoking allowed?

    No smoking or vaping on the estate.

  10. Is the Farmhouse private?

    Yes, it is a standalone stay on the estate.

  11. Is it good for wedding parties?

    Yes, it is commonly used for groups wanting one house together.

  12. What is included in the kitchen or living spaces?

    The Farmhouse is designed for togetherness, with inviting shared spaces for dining, lounging, and relaxing in comfort. Inside, guests will find a full modern kitchen, an electric fireplace in the living room, flat-screen televisions with cable/satellite TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The home also includes elevated amenities such as plush linens, luxury toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryers, and an iron with ironing board. Guests can also enjoy the wrap-around porch, access to the walking and bicycling trail, and concierge service.

  14. Can we host a party at the house?
