Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. - Where do we check in?
Hotel check-in is at the Welcome Center inside The Still House. - Is there a minimum stay?
A two-night minimum applies on select weekends May 1 through November 1. - Is breakfast included?
Yes. Guests receive two continental breakfasts per suite per day. - How does breakfast work?
Breakfast is ordered in the morning using the QR code found in each suite. Orders are placed between 7:00–9:00 AM and delivery typically takes 20–40 minutes. - What is the resort fee?
A $20 daily resort fee per suite applies (not included in the room rate). - What is the cancellation policy?
In general: 30+ days gets a full refund, 15–29 days includes a fee, and 14 days or less is non-refundable. - Can we do early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are not accommodated.
