  1. What are check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

  2. Where do we check in?

    Hotel check-in is at the Welcome Center inside The Still House.

  3. Is there a minimum stay?

    A two-night minimum applies on select weekends May 1 through November 1.

  4. Is breakfast included?

    Yes. Guests receive two continental breakfasts per suite per day.

  5. How does breakfast work?

    Breakfast is ordered in the morning using the QR code found in each suite. Orders are placed between 7:00–9:00 AM and delivery typically takes 20–40 minutes.

  6. What is the resort fee?

    A $20 daily resort fee per suite applies (not included in the room rate).

  7. What is the cancellation policy?

    In general: 30+ days gets a full refund, 15–29 days includes a fee, and 14 days or less is non-refundable.

  8. Can we do early check-in or late check-out?

    Early check-in and late check-out are not accommodated.

  9. Are pets allowed?

    No, the estate is pet-free (service animals permitted).

  10. Is smoking allowed?

    No, smoking and vaping are not permitted on the estate.

  11. Where do we park?

    On-site parking is available near The Villas.

  12. Can we walk to dining and the Marketplace?

    Yes, you are on the estate with walkable access to venues.

  13. Do you offer gift cards that apply to lodging?

    Gift cards are available and can be used towards overnight stays.

  14. Are kids allowed?

    Yes, but rooms are designed for rest; quiet hour expectations are covered in policies.

  15. What amenities are included?

    Suites are designed with upgraded comforts; the stay pages list current inclusions.

  16. How do I modify my reservation?

    Call Guest Services at 330-497-1000 option 2 to make changes to your overnight reservation.
