Cucina Demo – Holiday Dinner for Two (or more)

The Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard offers fun and inspiring educational experiences marked by delicious food and memorable wines. This demonstration cooking class in The Villa Grande will be led by Meg Feller, owner of Lemon Leaf Catering, specializing in elegant events, custom cooking classes, and private dinner parties. Study Chef Meg’s technique as she prepares a menu of enticing dishes during this enhanced dining event. Enjoy a generous portion of each course, accompanied by a glass of wine (cash bar with wine and beer also available). You’ll also receive a recipe packet to help you recreate your Cucina experience at home.

DEMONSTRATION CLASS FORMAT:  Guests will be seated classroom style in our Villa Grande Ballroom.  The Chef Instructor will demonstrate preparation of the menu in front of the class with a supporting video feed.  The Instructor will pause after each course allowing for questions and interaction while the menu item is served to all guests.  There is no hands on component to the experience.  Each guest will be given a packet of recipes for the menu demonstrated and served.

– Caramelized Onion and Parmesan Tarts
– Pan-seared Pork Tenderloin with Dark Cherry Port Reduction
– Lemon-Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
– Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
– Maple Crème Brulée

Price: $75 per person – includes all menu items, a glass of wine and recipe packet to take home

Tickets: If you wish to be seated with a group and are purchasing tickets separately, please note this in the comments box at checkout. We will use best efforts to accommodate group requests when notified in advance. It is often not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together.

Cancellation policy: Class registrations are nonrefundable and may not be applied toward other classes or events. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. If a class is canceled by The Cucina, you’ll receive a full refund of your fee.
