Spirit Tasting Experience with the Distiller

Enjoy a BLU Mojito and taste three GV spirits: our new Pink Peppercorn Gin, Citro and Maple Cask Bourbon. Meet GV Distiller, Shae Pridemore, in The Distillery and learn how spirits are made at Gervasi Vineyard. A chef-selected side car will be provided to compliment the spirits.
LOCATION: The Distillery, located inside of The Still House (See Property Map >). Doors open 15 minutes prior to event start time.
Enjoy lunch at The Piazza, The Bistro or The Still House before or after the event.
TICKETS & SEATING: Seating for this event will be mixed groups at round tables. If you wish to be seated with another group and are purchasing tickets separately, please note this in the comments box at checkout. We will use best efforts to accommodate group requests when notified in advance. It is often not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together.
* This event is non-refundable/non-transferable. No physical tickets will be issued. Please check in under the purchaser’s name upon arrival. The event will last one hour.
