Looking to take your wine education to the next level? Vino Versity at The Cave will give guests a hands-on, interactive educational experience on Gervasi’s diverse wine portfolio. Great opportunity for entry-level wine connoisseur interested in advancing their vino education.
Guests will dive into the history of the property including the four estate wines and learn how our homegrown grapes transform into award-winning wine. Lascito, Passione, Celebrazione, and Unita are the four Family Reserve Wines that pay homage to each family member. Salute!
Plan an entire evening out and enjoy dinner in The Bistro or The Crush House before or after the tasting event, or continue with cocktails and live music at The Still House.
