Overlooking Gervasi’s north vineyard and spring-fed lake, The Pavilion is a stunning outdoor event venue offering an elegant yet natural setting for corporate gatherings, fundraisers, luncheons, mini tradeshows, and special celebrations. This open-air, Italian-style structure provides a picturesque atmosphere with full-service catering and event coordination available from mid-May through October.

The Pavilion features over 4,000 square feet of open-air event space, designed with a stucco and stone exterior, wood ceilings, and wrought-iron details that create an inviting and timeless aesthetic. The panoramic views of the vineyard and lake provide a breathtaking backdrop, while the surrounding green space enhances the serene and picturesque setting. Curtains and blinds offer protection against wind and rain, ensuring a comfortable experience regardless of the weather.

Two alcoves built into the structure provide convenient spaces for a band stage, buffet, cake table, or bar setup, allowing for a flexible and seamless event layout. The Pavilion is equipped with a drop-pendant speaker system and a wireless microphone, making it easy to accommodate speeches, presentations, or live entertainment. Ceiling fans enhance air circulation, and ample electric power is available for additional lighting, décor, or audiovisual equipment.

For added convenience, The Pavilion includes attached restrooms and is located near a permanent catering kitchen, allowing for seamless food and beverage service. The venue is within walking distance of a shared parking lot, providing easy access for guests.
