The Cave is all about the wine! Gervasi Vineyard is striving to deliver a world-class wine-tasting experience in a unique and intimate environment. Wine tasting selections led by our wine experts are available as well as the full GV wine list.

The Crush House – Order a Wine Flight Tasting Board and try any 3 wines for $13. Ask your server for an individual tasting of a wine tableside.
The Bistro – Order a Wine Flight Tasting Board and try any 3 wines for $13. Available tableside.
The Still House – Order a Wine Flight Tasting Board and try any 3 wines for $13 or pick three Gervasi Spirits accompanied by a salty snack side car for $14. Ask your mixologist for details.
