Ticketed Tours
Tour the Cave, our state-of-the-art wine making facility or distillery with a knowledgeable Wine & Spirits Ambassador. You will be led through the process of making our wines or spirits and enjoy a guided tasting. Cave tours are available Tuesday – Sunday and Winery and Distillery tours are available each weekend. Choose from the options below.
Cave – Wine Tasting & Barrel Room Tour
Tuesday-Sunday afternoons at The Cave
$29 per person
A Wine Ambassador will lead guests through an immersive tasting experience; four wine tastes served with a light antipasti cup. Next, guests will briefly walk and tour our underground Wine Barrel Cave which houses Gervasi Vineyard’s aging wine barrels. Approximately 45 minutes. Must be at least 21 years old to attend.
Crush House – Winery Pairings Tour
Saturday afternoons at The Crush House
$29 per person
This winery tour is led by a member of the winemaking team and includes a logo stemmed wine glass to take home and four wine tastings paired with decadent bites of chocolate and cheese. Approximately 45 minutes. Must be at least 21 years old to attend.
Distillery – Tasting Tour
Sunday afternoons at The Still House through September 29
$21 per person
This Distillery Tasting Tour is led by a member of the distillery tour team and includes a logo shot glass to take home and three spirit tastes with a salty side car snack. Approximately 45 minutes. Must be at least 21 years old to attend.
New! Distillery – Bourbon Tasting Tour
Sunday afternoons at The Still House starting October 13
$24 per person
Led by our Distiller, Michael Phillips, this tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at our bourbon distillation process. During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to taste three of our finest Bourbons. Also included in your ticket, is a logo glass to take home and a salty side car snack. Approximately 45 minutes. Must be at least 21 years old to attend.
