The Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard offers fun and inspiring education experiences marked by delicious food and memorable wines. Demonstration cooking classes in The Villa Grande will be led by both guest chefs and Gervasi’s own talented culinary team. Participants can enjoy learning a variety of techniques, tips, and recipes, ranging from traditional Italian dishes to innovative seasonal cuisine. The diverse lineup of chefs brings fresh perspectives, flavors, and creativity to each class, ensuring an exciting and enriching experience for all attendees. Guests will be seated in groups of 6 in our Villa Grande Ballroom. The Chef Instructor will demonstrate preparation of the menu in front of the class with a supporting video feed. The Instructor will pause after each course allowing for questions and interaction while the menu item is served to all guests. There is no hands on component to the experience. Each guest will be given a packet of recipes for the menu demonstrated and served.
Cancellation policy: Class registrations are nonrefundable and may not be applied toward other classes or events. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, you’re welcome to send someone in your place. If a class is canceled by The Cucina, you’ll receive a full refund of your fee.
