Wellness Tuesday

Experience Wellness Tuesday at Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa! Every Tuesday, guests will have the opportunity to experience Yoga, Pilates, or a Sound Bath class in the beautiful covered Pavilion led by the experienced instructors of Yoga Strong. Indulge in a day dedicated to nourishing the mind, body, and spirit while taking in beautiful lakeside and vineyard views.

Learn more about relaxation from a Gervasi Spa representative stationed at the event and schedule a follow-up treatment for even more ways to indulge in full body wellness. Be sure to use the spa voucher that is included for every Wellness Tuesday attendee!

Classes are held rain or shine. After class be sure to stay and experience lunch or coffee at The Still House or Crush House. For evening classes, enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of The Piazza.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
An all-levels breath to-movement yoga class. Each class will include a slow warm-up, sun salutations, a flow sequence that could include balance, twists, or backends, and end with a longer cool down and savasana. Everyone is welcome regardless of yoga experience, but some familiarity with basic yoga postures is recommended. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.

Pilates
Pilates is a mat and body weight class that builds strength, increases flexibility, and develops a strong core.  All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.

Summer Solstice Sound Bath
The Summer Solstice is a very potent time for birthing new energy, new beginnings, manifesting, and welcoming in abundance. It’s also a prime season to find a renewed sense of purpose or a (re)connection to a greater calling. Join us under Gervasi’s pavilion for a vibration-raising sound bath along with a slow juicy yin yoga class. This is a special time to carve out time for yourself and fill your own cup with intentional rest and relaxation. Please bring any props you may want to utilize and a yoga mat.
