Weapon and Violence Policy
GV Destinations has a zero tolerance for violent acts or threats of violence by guests against other guests, our employees or vendors. We do not allow fighting, threatening words or conduct. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited and not permitted on company premises regardless of permit to carry.
Smoking Policy
Gervasi Vineyard strictly prohibits smoking and vaping inside all buildings and outside all entrances, on all patios and pathways. Tobacco smoking is permitted only in parking lots away from the buildings’ entrances. Marijuana smoking is not permitted anywhere on property. A room recovery fee of at least $250 per room will be imposed for a guest who does not comply with the non-smoking policy in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring the guestroom(s) to a smoke free condition.
Outside Food and Beverage Policy
No outside food and beverage are permitted on the grounds.
