Single Barrel Bourbon

Gervasi Single Barrel bourbon is the celebration of a few select barrels from our rickhouse. Each barrel is chosen for its exceptional and unique flavor profile. These selected barrels are then separately emptied, filtered, and bottled at full barrel strength to allow each barrel to shine.
