Celebrazione ‘Celebration’

Our Family Reserve wine collection is crafted utilizing grapes picked from our vineyard capturing the true essence and character of Gervasi Vineyard. Celebrazione is a complement of classical red wine grapes united with our vineyard grown varietals to produce a vibrant youthful wine made in the Vino Novello style. Vinified to be light with fresh fruit flavors and bottled for early release. Serve with grilled, roasted and braised pork and chicken. Pairs well with savory herbal flavors, brown sauces, mild cheeses and dark chocolates.
