Enjoy Fall Flavors of Coffee at The Still House

August 27, 2025

Coffee is elevated to a whole different level when the calendar reaches September. Coffee drinkers everywhere begin craving a fall flavor in their morning, afternoon, and evening coffee.

For the past several years, the favorite fall coffee flavor has been pumpkin spice, but all kinds of flavors can help coffee enthusiasts enjoy a cup of coffee on the upcoming crisp and cooler fall days.

The Still House at Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa (GV) can expand any coffee drinker’s favorite fall flavor list. Flavors such as ginger, brown sugar, caramel, apple butter, chocolate and white chocolate, oat, maple, and top it off with another top seasonal favorite, cinnamon.  All of these are used in the seasonal coffee drinks offered at The Still House this fall.

Craves are the Craze with Fall and Coffee Drinks

There are plenty of things to look forward to celebrating in life when the calendar goes from August to September. Those celebrations carry on through the start of the new year.

Everyone begins to enjoy the retreat of the heat and looks forward to sweater weather. The foods change from barbecue ribs on the outdoor grill to warm soups in the slow cooker, and desserts go from summer fruits like watermelon to fall’s pumpkin and apple pies.

And, for many coffee drinkers, the celebration begins with the craving for that first sip of pumpkin spice infused coffee. While pumpkin spice has won the popularity test for the past few seasons, there are so many great flavors of fall that can make a great cup of coffee taste like fall in Ohio. The Still House offers an expanded way for all coffee drinkers to enjoy their coffee on those fall mornings or to close out the day with an evening coffee.

  • Caramel Apple Butter Macchiato (Iced) — Caramel Apple Butter Syrup, Whole Milk, Espresso, Cinnamon Apple SliceCaramel is a favorite any time of year but fall gives caramel a starring role. It is a topping in many foods and drinks, even coffees. It is the perfect mix of sugar with cream or butter (or both), a bit of vanilla, and a pinch of salt that wakes us up when the crisp fall air tells the body to sleep another hour. Paired with an Apple Butter flavor and you’ve got yourself the ideal fall combination.
  • Maple Cocoa Cortado (Hot) — Maple Spice Syrup, Espresso, Steamed Mocha, CinnamonBack in the day, maple was the top fall flavor and the flavor of many comforting fall favorites. While pumpkin spice has currently taken over the fall craze, maple is making a comeback. Maple is well known for topping off many breakfast dishes, snacks, and desserts; it is also used in coffee, cocktails, and savory foods. Try drizzling pure maple syrup on roasted vegetables and see how the kids and your guests will want more vegetables. The maple spice syrup used in this coffee was made in-house by GV’s coffee experts.
