After each amazing night of sleep in luxurious, plush linens, you will wake to a complimentary Italian-style breakfast for two, along with fresh coffee and beverages ready whenever you are. Day 1 Itinerary – Arrival Day

Before arrival, make any reservations you may need, such as at The Spa for massages or nail services, a reservation at The Bistro for an amazing dinner later in the evening, or any of the special events, activities, or live music happening throughout the afternoon and evening.

1. Arrive early and grab a late morning coffee and breakfast snack at The Still House. The Still House is open from 7 am daily to as late as midnight on certain days of the week. The incredible coffeehouse features a wide variety of coffee creations made with Gervasi’s own signature brand of proprietary blended and locally roasted coffee beans, all day, every day.

Pair your coffee with a selection of freshly baked pastries or a light breakfast to ease into the morning. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes every cup more enjoyable. Or sit on the veranda and enjoy fresh air and the view of the vineyards and the property.

2. Take a stroll or hike the trails. Get ready to enjoy the stunning views of the property while getting a bit of exercise. Guests visiting Gervasi Vineyard have access to some of the best scenery around. Gervasi is designed in grand style with magnificent, picturesque landscapes, much like a Tuscan Village right out of Italy.

Making it the perfect “Tuscan getaway” on a sprawling 55-acre estate, complete with wines, delectable cuisine, breathtaking views, vineyards, a lake, swans, a wooden foot bridge, and wonderfully kept walking paths and trails.

3. It’s time for lunch already. The first day of your Tuscan getaway is going by fast, and it has probably made you hungry. Stop by The Crush House for contemporary dining with bold flavors. The Crush House is where modern flair meets the tradition of winemaking, with views of the winery just a glance away from where you are seated.

Enjoy the industrial-chic space with both indoor and outdoor seating. Order lunch from a menu filled with creative dishes designed to complement Gervasi’s amazing wines. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual lunch, a lively dinner, or a wine-tasting experience, the vibrant atmosphere and moments shared make for an unforgettable experience.

The menu at The Crush House celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients. From appetizers and salads to savory sandwiches, pasta, and hearty entrées. Pair your meal with a glass of Gervasi wine, craft beer, or a signature cocktail. Take your time at lunch and enjoy the surroundings of GV’s Tuscan Village.

4. If it is close to the time for your spa experience, you’ll want to arrive for Spa services 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow for an outstanding Tranquility Welcome. Med Spa Services, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. For nailcare services, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

5. Stop at The Welcome Center to check into your room. Once you find your suite, take some time to familiarize yourself with the suite and the property’s restaurants, events, and decide which special events you want to attend during your stay.

7. Take some time to relax and get ready for your dining experience at The Bistro. Everything you need at Gervasi Vineyard is within walking distance, weather permitting.

The Bistro is housed in GV’s beautifully restored 1800s barn. Dining at The Bistro is a special event that will make the entire getaway truly unforgettable. The special evening begins with walking up the steps to the large entrance doors. Open the doors and step into a space where the past and present share a table.  The large windows overlooking the lake and the grounds, the wood décor, the lighting, the large fireplace, and the ambiance will amaze you, not just the first time you enter, but every time you enter.

You will find a menu filled with authentic Italian dishes paired with award-winning wines. Enjoy upscale Italian cuisine with small and large plates perfect for sharing. The menu features homemade dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients, including antipasti, salads, brick-fired pizzas, and pastas.

8. Since the first day of your getaway has been busy, you might want to stop at The Still House after dinner and before returning to your room for a specialty cocktail and live music. One of the many features that makes The Still House stand out is that in the evening, the venue transforms into a cocktail lounge offering specialty craft cocktails created by mixologists at Gervasi Vineyard and featuring Gervasi Spirits. The Still House offers an extensive bourbon list, local craft beers, and Gervas’s award-winning wines.

Guests will also find live music featuring local artists, offered every Wednesday through Sunday evenings. Plus, cigar aficionados will enjoy the high-end indoor/outdoor heated cigar lounge, The Sin Room.

9. Time to go back to your room to relax. Kick off your shoes, put on one of the luxurious robes, and relax in front of the fireplace or if at The Casa, step out back to sit next to the fire pit on the back patio. Day 2 Itinerary – relax, shop, enjoy the many activities

1. After sleeping in on the plush linens, wake to a continental breakfast delivered to your room. Take the morning slow and enjoy.

2. Review the activities happening today and reserve one or more of the many events, such as a winery or distillery tour, stopping at The Cave for some wine tastings and pours or a tour of the barrel room.

3. Today is a great time for a personal shopping spree at The Marketplace. It’s your time away, so stop in and shop away.

The Marketplace at Gervasi Vineyard is a chic, elegant boutique, full of charm and all things beautiful! It’s the perfect place to shop for a Gervasi memento or choose a statement piece for your home. A visit to The Marketplace is a must for all Gervasi guests!

4. Time for a late afternoon coffee at The Still House. After the shopping and participating in events, it is a good time to stop at The Still House for a relaxing cup of coffee or a cocktail or two before returning to your suite to get ready for dinner at The Crush House.

5. A late evening dinner at The Crush House. Set in an industrial-chic building with both indoor and outdoor seating, this stylish restaurant entices you to enjoy creative dishes designed to complement GV wines. There are two stories of indoor seating and one level of outdoor seating with grand views of the surrounding property.

The Crush House has a savory, thoughtfully crafted menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. Menu selections range from appetizers and salads to savory sandwiches, pasta, and hearty entrées. An added touch of excitement is that you can pair your meal with a glass of Gervasi wine, craft beer, or a signature cocktail from the expansive bar.

Might want to pick up another bottle of wine to enjoy back at the room.

6. Back at the room to relax. Get comfortable, enjoy the ambiance of the room, and enjoy a glass or two of Gervasi wine before going to sleep.

Day 3 – Planning a return getaway.

1. Sadly, it is morning three of your getaway and it’s time to pack and check out.

2. Stop at The Still House for a last cup of GV coffee and breakfast snacks.

3. Take another trip through The Marketplace for last-minute gifts.
