“During the month of December, The Bistro is a magical experience for everyone,” said Bill Slosser, Operations Manager for The Bistro. “The décor is beautiful, the atmosphere is such that you can feel the magic in the air, the food is filled with flavors of the season, and of course, the wine and the spirits are magnificent.”
The Italian Bistro is transformed into a wonderful winter wonderland with a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling Christmas tree inside the oversized front doors. The dining room is immersed in the holiday spirit from top to bottom with the colors of Christmas including red, green, silver and gold swags, wreaths and ornaments. The fireplace mantels are adorned with decorative pine roping.
The atmosphere is uncomparable, with classical and traditional holiday music playing softly in the background and the fireplaces roaring, keeping the restaurant warm and cozy. Most importantly, it’s the food, wine and GV Spirits that make your private parties and gatherings merry and bright.
“Our culinary team does a wonderful job of using flavors of the season and presenting our guests with traditional holiday meal options. For our private parties, we have a wide array of menus. Guests may select, from luncheon options, to over-the-top holiday meals,” said Slosser. “All of the servers are extensively trained in pairing our award-winning wines with our entrees. It is our aspiration to give the guests exactly what they want,”
