The Bistro, The Crush House, The Still House, and all of the venues at Gervasi offer a breathtaking winter wonderland during the holiday season.

From family-friendly favorites like Lunch with Santa and the Grinch to spirited gatherings such as Sip + Create: Christmas Wreath workshop, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Extend the magic with an overnight stay in Gervasi’s charming Christmas Villa, beautifully decorated for Christmas. It all starts with the Merry Marketplace Open House and Thanksgiving
Merry Marketplace – Holiday Open House is the official start of the holiday festivities at Gervasi Vineyard! The boutique gift shop is transformed into a magical wonderland where you’ll find gorgeous holiday decorations in addition to the unique product lines available year-round. It is scheduled at The Marketplace on November 4 & 5 from 10 am to 7 pm.
Make Thanksgiving hosting effortless by serving your guests the Gervasi Vineyard’s Thanksgiving Meal Package. Enjoy chef-crafted entrées, classic sides, and a festive dessert, all fully prepared and ready to heat, serve, and enjoy at home. It’s the perfect way to gather around the table with family and friends and savor a delicious Thanksgiving meal without the stress of cooking.
A few details to remember: Curbside pickup at The Villa Grande on Wednesday, November 25, from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Deadline to order is Monday, November 16 at 4 p.m., or while supplies last. Substitutions, special orders, gluten-free options are NOT available. Bread is not included. Meals will be prepared COLD with heating instructions. Orders are non-refundable. There are 3 easy steps to ordering this year’s Thanksgiving dinner.
Step 1- Order Thanksgiving Meal Package— Generously serves 6-8 people and includes:
- House-roasted, garlic & herb brined Turkey Breast (approximately 6-8lbs before cooking)
- Redskin Mashed Potatoes (2 quarts)
- Brown Gravy (1 quart)
- Sage Stuffing (2 quarts)
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Caramelized Onions (3 lbs)
Step 2 – Select Add-ons — Add any extras you’d like to make your meal complete (you must purchase a meal package to order add-ons).
- Turkey Breast Add-on House-roasted, garlic & herb brined turkey breast (approximately 6-8lbs before cooking)
- Tuscan Beef Short Ribs Add-on with Mushroom Veal Sauce–12 pieces, 3lbs
- Redskin Mashed Potatoes Add-on and brown gravy add-on and pumpkin roll add-on
Step 3 – Select Wine–Choose your favorite Gervasi wines to enjoy with your Thanksgiving celebration. The wine lists includes:

Santa, The Grinch, Buddy the Elf and Holiday Jazz
Santa, The Grinch and Buddy the Elf will greet guests this season at The Twisted Olive (which is already fully booked) OLINDA and at The Bistro.
Lunch with The Grinch at The Bistro – on Dec. 4, 11, and 18, 2026, 11am to 3pm.
Lunch with Santa at The Bistro – on Dec. 5, 12, and 19 2026, 11am to 3pm.
Brunch with Buddy and Jovie at OLINDA – on Dec. 12, 10:30am to 2pm.
Bellina Room – Grinch Edition – November 2 – January 9. This holiday season, the Bellina Room at The Crush House is going green — Grinch green! Surrounded by wine barrels and decked out in festive Grinch-inspired décor, the room will be available for special reservations throughout Christmas. With seating for three tables (4-8 guests per table), it’s the perfect spot for a spirited gathering full of holiday cheer (and a little mischief).
The Sunday Jazz Brunches at The Bistro will entertain guests with holiday-themed music. The Bistro will host Sunday Jazz Brunches, a relaxing and elegant way to spend a Sunday during the winter season. Guests can enjoy live jazz performances from 11am – 2 pm alongside a beautifully curated brunch menu, making it the perfect outing for friends, families, and couples.

Cucina Demonstration – Fall in Love with Dessert -Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 7:30pm
The Cucina at Gervasi Vineyard brings together exceptional food, memorable wines, and the joy of learning through an engaging lineup of demonstration cooking dinner classes. Hosted in The Villa Grande, each experience is led by talented guest chefs or members of Gervasi’s own culinary team, offering guests a front-row seat to culinary creativity.
Sip + Learn: Holiday Cocktail Class -Friday, November 20, 2026, at 6pm
This interactive experience is all about learning the essentials of cocktail making while crafting drinks perfect for holiday entertaining and celebrating.
Let’s Get Toasted – Sunday, November 22, 2026 at 1pm
Bundle up in your favorite sweater, bring your friends or loved ones, and let’s get toasted at Gervasi Vineyard. The Let’s Get Toasted event! embraces the crisp autumn air as guests gather in the Villa Grande enjoying a delicious, toasted event and S’mores Station. The culinary team has crafted a selection of seasonal snacks and handcrafted beverages.
Deck the Cookies – Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 1pm
Bring the magic of the holidays to life with a Christmas Cookie Workshop! This family-friendly event is the perfect way to celebrate the season, where each ticket admits one adult and one child to decorate their own set of festive Christmas cookies together. Let your creativity flow with a demonstration from Gervasi’s Head Pastry Chef, Casper Mast Children must be 6 years or older.
Sip + Create: Christmas Wreath Workshop – Sunday, November 29, 2026 at 4:30pm
Fill your home with the fresh, fragrant scent of the season and welcome every holiday guest with a wreath you crafted yourself! Join us for a cozy afternoon of holiday crafting in partnership with Boomdyada, and kick off the season with something beautiful you made yourself.
Every guest will also enjoy a glass of wine to sip while you create. No experience needed: just bring your holiday spirit, and we’ll provide everything else.
Stuff Your Stocking Event at the Marketplace – 14 Dec, 2026 Monday – 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Step into the warmth and holiday glow of Gervasi Vineyard’s Cave for an indulgent evening of wine and sweets. Cookies in The Cave invite guests to sip, savor, and celebrate the season surrounded by the intimate underground setting with live music by Rolando. Must be at least 21 years old to attend.
Holiday Sip & Paint: Nora Fleming Edition – Sunday, December 13, 2026 at 11am
Celebrate the holiday season with a creative twist at Gervasi Vineyard’s Holiday Sip & Paint: Nora Fleming Edition. This festive evening—part of our Merry Marketplace—offers the perfect blend of sips, snacks, and artistry. Gather your friends, enjoy a signature holiday cocktail paired with an antipasti cup, and design your very own Mini Nora Fleming holiday piece to take home.
