“When deciding our fall features at the Twisted Olive we tried to do something we have never done before,” Chef Tori from the Twisted Olive said. “Last year we did apple and peach flavors, so this year we decided to go with blackberry and sweet potato flavors. We went with blackberry because we wanted to pair a dish with the front-of-house drink feature. Sweet potato is a classic fall flavor that goes well with many food items and is a flavor that we have nowhere on our menu, and we thought our guests would enjoy. I also noticed our other restaurants at GV leaning into unique fall flavors as well like maple, brown sugar, and apple instead of just the traditional.
