The staff at Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa receive many questions. They get asked about the menus, the wine, the spirits, The Spa, The Cave, and many, many more. One of the favorite questions they get asked is, “Which wine do you recommend to go with dinner?”.

Gervasi’s (GV) goal is for everyone to be as helpful as possible in every way. That’s why there is a chat option on the website for visitors to type in questions to receive an immediate answer. GV also thought it would be helpful to provide several lists of the most frequently asked questions from website visitors and guests, which could serve as inspiration for informative blog articles.

Each blog post will have the questions grouped by topic or location, and GV’s answers will follow each question. There will be four blog posts of questions and answers grouped as follows:

This post will provide questions received through the online assistant and the answers provided about the main restaurants on the property, including The Bistro, The Crush House, The Still House, and The Piazza.

The second list of questions and answers will address overnight stays at GV and The Spa. The third list will highlight OLINDA and Twisted Olive, and the fourth list will cover GV’s wines and spirits, as well as miscellaneous questions.

If you would like to ask Gervasi a question about any of their venues or anything Gervasi, the Chatbot is located in the lower right corner of the screen when going to the website.
