There’s still time to step into the holiday season and unwrap the magic of Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa’s (GV) 2024 seasonal spirit with the amazing Winter White Whiskey.
If you prefer wine over spirits, this season’s wine is CELEBRAZIONE (CELEBRATION).
A glass or two of CELEBRAZIONE or a shot of Winter White Whiskey are the best ways to top off 2024 and welcome 2025. Better hurry! The Winter White Whiskey is going fast and won’t return until the holiday season of 2025.
WINTER WHITE – NEW- SEASONAL
The Winter White is a white Whiskey distilled with holiday spices. It’s a homage to the holiday season. The base is white Whiskey, and the color is clear, with aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and other holiday spices. It all adds up to create a magical flavor cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and juniper. The ABV I 47 percent (94 proof).
The Winter White Whiskey is GV’s bourbon that is distilled a first time and then a second time with cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, juniper and more to give the spirit a beautiful aroma and flavor that truly brings the holidays home.
When GV distillers say they add cinnamon, they mean it. There is a pound per gallon of cinnamon and almost two pounds per gallon of all the spices combined.
“The Winter White is neither spicy hot nor sweet,” said the Head distiller at Gervasi, Shae Pridemore. “It is more spice-forward with over a pound per gallon of spices it is very aromatic and flavor-forward. There are undertones of its whiskey base, but the spices play nicely to really bring you home for the holidays.”
Guests can purchase a bottle for their home, office or a friend’s holiday gathering or they can enjoy it in the Still House’s Winter Lounge. The White Winter cocktails are available at all outlets, and you can purchase a bottle to take home at the Crush House, Still House, or the Marketplace.
“So far the cocktails and bottles sales have been far greater than expected. We have already tripled the original production volume. But it is going fast and will be gone soon, only to return next winter. Customers definitely need to grab a bottle sooner than later!” Shae said.
The Season is Bright with Winter White Cocktails
Guests can get their Winter White Whiskey neat or on the rocks. Either way, it comes with a cinnamon stick and orange peel. GV has also designed a Winter White Martini and a Winter White Old Fashioned.
The martini has Gervasi’s Winter White Whiskey, Giava Liqueur, eggnog and cinnamon stick. The Winter White Old fashioned is made with Winter White Whiskey, Citro liqueur, a sugar cube, orange bitters and has a cinnamon stick and orange peel to top it off.
Winter White Lounge
Step into an extended holiday season with the “Winter White Lounge” at The Still House at Gervasi Vineyard! Join the celebration of the release of the newest Gervasi Spirit, Winter White Whiskey, an enchanting blend crafted for winter festivities.
Step into a winter wonderland when you enter the Still House and enjoy the Winter White Lounge through the end of January. The window decals and the amazing décor will immediately transport you to a winter paradise.

“We created the large window display between the Distillery and Still House, the magical display is about 22.5’ wide and 9’ high.” Jacqueline said. “We also added snowflakes to our windows in the Saints and Sinners rooms and on the windows by the booths.
“Our décor team put together a beautiful Winter White Christmas tree decked out in gorgeous whites and blues. We also have some really cool lighting effects in the Still House that you will definitely want to see in person!”
The magical seasonal spirit is available through January 31 at the Winter White Lounge.
CELEBRAZIONE “CELEBRATION”
Gervasi has a wine of the season for those who prefer a glass of wine. It is a Marquette/Merlot and one of the wines from the *Family Reserve*.
The Family Reserve wine collection is crafted utilizing grapes picked from GV’s vineyard – capturing the true essence and character of Gervasi Vineyard. Celebrazione is a complement of classical red wine grapes united with vineyard-grown varietals to produce a vibrant youthful wine made in the Vino Novello style. Vinified to be light with fresh fruit flavors and bottled for early release and ‘young’ drinking.
Celebrazione means ‘Live To Celebrate!”. The sentiments of not waiting for BIG moments but being present and embracing life is shared on the back label. The front label shows a beautiful, graceful dancer celebrating all that life has to offer!
It is a dry red mix. The color of the wine is medium purple/ruby and it has an aroma of tart red cherry, red licorice, vanilla frosting, and bubblegum. It pairs well with savory herbal flavors, brown sauces, mild cheeses, and dark chocolates
