It’s Spring at Gervasi! Finally!
After an exceptionally long, cold, snowy and icy winter, spring is about to arrive in Ohio, Stark County, and Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa (GV). Birds are singing, bees are buzzing, and flowers will soon be blooming everywhere around the property at GV.
Of course, the rabbits are hopping around GV and Twisted Olive. The furry bunnies are just in time for an Easter Bunny visit at the Twisted Olive.
Many springtime events are scheduled at GV this year that are in addition to the ongoing tastings and tours, culinary classes and this year’s 15th Anniversary special events.

April and May are filled with Sip and Learn events, wine pairings, culinary demonstrations and other great events you won’t want to miss.
Easter Bunny Visits Twisted Olive
What would Easter be like without a visit from the Easter Bunny? Mr. Bunny will be table side for lunch at the Twisted Olive in Green on April 5 and 12 for kids and adults to meet and greet.
On Easter Sunday, Twisted Olive will offer amazing meals with the full dinner menu featured. Make your reservation now at the Twisted Olive for a great Easter Sunday meal with family. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Reserve your table online or call 330.899.0550, option 2.
You’ll also find amazing Easter Sunday brunches, appetizers, meals, desserts, wine, and cocktails at the Bistro. The Crush House is also taking reservations for Easter Sunday. Stop in for lunch or dinner and enjoy a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas and select entrées. The Still House will also be open for coffee, cocktails, and tasteful temptations.
