Embrace and celebrate the season this year by attending the many fall events at Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa (GV).  There is still plenty of time to plan a fall escape to GV.

The trip starts with the vibrant fall colors of the trees lining the entrance leading guests to upscale dining options at The Bistro and The Crush House and can expand to the overnight stays at The Casa or The Villas and having a Hallo good time participating in one of several fall events.

Remember to try a few of the fall wines which are worthy of every sip at The Cave, and you must leave time for some holiday shopping at The Marketplace.

Shake off those spooky spirits of Halloween and have a fun, relaxing day or weekend at GV!

Everything Pumpkin
As October and Halloween come to an end along with all things creepy and spidery like, thoughts of Thanksgiving and Christmas begin. Pumpkin foods and drinks are on everyone’s list of favorites throughout November.

Join us at the Everything Pumpkin Cucina Demonstration. Watch and learn as Chef Meg demonstrates her techniques for preparing a menu of enticing dishes during an enhanced dining experience. Chef Meg Feller is the owner of Lemon Leaf Catering, specializing in elegant events, custom cooking classes, and private dinner parties.

Participants will enjoy generous portions of each course, accompanied by a glass of Gervasi wine. Favolosa!

Guests will be seated classroom style in the Villa Grande Ballroom.  Chef Meg will demonstrate the preparation of the menu in front of the class with a supporting video feed.  She will pause after each course allowing for questions and interaction while the menu item is served to all guests.

You won’t go home hungry after this delectable demo! You’ll also receive a recipe packet to help you recreate your Cucina experience at home.

Register for November 16. Sign up fast before it sells out. This highly popular event is a fun and inspiring educational experience marked by delicious food and memorable wines.
