Select Tuesday throughout the summer, guests can enjoy a variety of fitness classes led by experienced instructors in Gervasi’s covered Pavilion. Mat & Mimosas at OLINDA

There are three ways to work out with YogaStrong instructors and enjoy the Mat & Mimosas at OLINDA. The first is a Pilates class on July 11, and the second is a yoga class on July 18, followed by a Pilates class on July 25. Register for one or all three.

Mat & Mimosas is a perfect combination of movement, sunshine, fresh air, serene surroundings, and yoga or Pilates. Afterwards, enjoy a complimentary mimosa on the patio at OLINDA.

Pilates Fusion Class

July 11 & 25 from 9:45 to 10:30am

Join YogaStrong on the beautiful OLINDA patio lawn for a 45-minute Pilates Fusion class designed to energize your body and mind. This outdoor workout blends Pilates-inspired strength training, core-focused exercises, and dynamic movement for a full-body burn. It all happens while you soak up the summer sunshine.

Class will be held on OLINDA’s patio lawn. The amazing workout for the morning includes the following:

  • 45-minute Pilates Fusion class with YogaStrong on the OLINDA patio lawn
  • One complimentary mimosa at OLINDA following class
  • Opportunity to enjoy OLINDA’s delicious weekend brunch menu.

All Levels Vinyasa Flow

July 18 from 9:30 to 10:30am

Join YogaStrong on the beautiful OLINDA patio lawn for a 60-minute All Levels Vinyasa Flow designed to energize your body and calm your mind. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that links physical postures together in a continuous sequence, synchronizing conscious breathing with mindful movement. Vinyasa focuses on seamless transitions rather than holding static poses, which keeps your heart rate up and helps build core stability, flexibility, and balance.

This outdoor yoga practice links breath with movement through a thoughtfully sequenced flow featuring sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and a relaxing savasana.

The Yoga morning class includes:

-60-minute All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Yoga Strong on the OLINDA Lawn
