Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa (GV) is re-releasing their family reserve wine on December 19 appropriately named Celebrazione. It is the perfect wine for the upcoming holidays and beyond.
GV’s Family Reserve wine collection is crafted from grapes picked from the on-property vineyards. The wines capture the true essence and character of Gervasi Vineyard. Celebrazione is a complement of classical red wine grapes united with GV’s vineyard-grown varietals to produce a vibrant youthful wine made in the Vino Novello style.
While it is available at multiple outlets on the GV property, there is no better place to try the newest addition to the wine list than at The Cave at GV.
The Cave is all about GV WINE! Gervasi Vineyard built The Cave to continue its efforts to deliver a world-class wine-tasting experience in a unique and intimate environment. Guests and visitors will find The Cave has a magnificent atmosphere especially since it highlights wine, wine tasting and is the perfect place for wine enthusiasts to gather. The Cave offers:

You Still Have Time to Join the Holiday Fun at The Cave
In addition to the re-release of the Family Reserve wine, there is still plenty of time to purchase tickets for the ticketed tasting tours or you can just drop in for public hours. Plus, there are still openings if a guest would like to host a private event at The Cave.
Two of the latest events specially made for The Cave include wine, music, teaching moments and of course more of everyone’s favorite wines.
The Vino Musica and the Vino Versity are both events that promise an outing worth remembering. The two events are offered monthly and include something different each month so guests can try both each month throughout the new year.
At Vino Musica, guests will enjoy music selections performed by Rolando based on the variety of four wine selections. It promises to be an artful wine-tasting experience that is sure to be diverse each month.
Rolando has performed publicly and privately in the Northeast Ohio area for twenty years. He plays a variety of musical styles and covers a blend of decades from Jazz, Rock to Blues all infused with an underlying groove of Latin Pop/Italian rhythms.
Vino Versity (as in university) is a wine event for those looking to take their wine education to the next level. Vino Versity at The Cave will give guests a hands-on, interactive educational experience on Gervasi’s diverse wine portfolio. It is a great opportunity for entry-level wine coinsurers interested in advancing their vino education.
The Cave has Decked its Halls for the Holidays
The Cave like all other areas of Gervasi Vineyard is filled with the holiday spirit and offers a great way to Sleigh the Holidays at GV. There is a life-size Santa that has taken refuse at The Cave and is watching that you get the right wines for those on your nice list.
Plus, there are still opportunities to reserve the Barrel Cave table which holds 14 guests. So, start gathering your friends, family and co-workers and make it an evening to celebrate.
There are also available dates to host a private event at The Cave for the holidays or for family and friend gatherings after the holidays. The holidays can be a bit stressful trying to get everything done and making everyone’s holiday dreams come true.

Your Tickets to Taste, Tour and Other GV Events
The Cave has several ways to enjoy your visit including Wine Tasting & Barrel Room Tours. Details of the tours include:
- The tours are scheduled in the afternoons on Tuesday-Sunday.
- They are guided wine-tasting tours led by a GV Wine Ambassador.
- Each guest receives four wine tastes with a light antipasti cup.
- There is a tour of the underground Wine Barrel Cave – might want to bring a sweater for this because the Barrel Cave can be chilly.
- And, tickets must be purchased in advance for the tours.
One of the ultimate wine-tasting experiences at The Cave is conducted by a Wine Ambassador at a table in the barrel room sitting amongst working barrels. The tasting selection is the same for all guests and includes four 1.5 ounces of wine for tastings and an antipasti board.
The wine tasting experience typically lasts 45 minutes and is capped at one hour. We recommend guests bring a light jacket or sweater, as the Wine Barrel Cave is an active barrel aging room with cool temperatures and high humidity.
