Guests are invited to drop in at The Crush House for lunch or dinner. Want to take everyone working in the office out for lunch to help brighten up the long winter months? There are also rooms available to reserve for a private lunch or dinner group.

The eatery offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas, and select entrees. Oh, and ordering from the drink menu is a must.

Starting with appetizers, the Provolone Carrozza is hand-rolled Italian-style cheese sticks with marinara sauce. Or, start the meal out with Italian Loaded Potato Chips that have crumbled pancetta, gorgonzola, scallions, tomatoes, blue cheese sauce, and balsamic vinegar.

You might also make it a party meal by sharing the Meatball Fondere that comes with provolone, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Loaded Pita Chips with short ribs, corn, black bean salsa, white cheddar, sliced jalapenos, jalapeno cream, and lime crema can also make the meal an unexpected fun bash.

Hungry for a fresh salad? The Crush House Salad is just what you are craving. It has mixed greens, crumbled pancetta, apples, raisins, gorgonzola, and a delicious, sweet maple dressing. Another favorite is the Greek Salad filled with mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta, croutons, and topped with a Greek dressing.

If you’re hungry for something a bit more substantial than salad, The Crush House Entrees include an amazing Grilled Pork Chop topped with maple demi-glace, bacon, and onion jam. It is moist, delicious, and grilled to perfection and served with rich and creamy red skin mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.

The winter months, or any month, is a great time for a steak dinner with a New York Strip Steak covered in mushroom cream sauce and served with rich and creamy red skin mashed potatoes and includes the vegetable of the day. Or, try the Seared Salmon prepared with a mango and plum glaze and served with Mediterranean orzo and the vegetable of the day. The flaky soft salmon is so tasty it will leave you wanting to come back tomorrow for more.

The Crush House also offers pasta dishes and sandwiches. Favorite pasta dishes include the Short Rib Gnocchi served with mushrooms, caramelized onions, beef short rib, a red wine demi-glace, and parmesan cheese.

The sandwich menu includes favorites such as Short Rib Sliders with barbecue, creamy gorgonzola, and caramelized onions. There is also an amazing Crush House Burger with a choice of cheese served on an egg bun. Add caramelized onions, mushrooms or roasted peppers to the burger, if you so desire.

No matter what is ordered for lunch or dinner, top off the meal with the Warm Blondie. It is a blondie brownie covered with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, and fresh crunchy walnuts.

What better way to escape the winter blahs than with a new seasonal favorite dish? Beginning January 8 and available through the end of February, The Crush House will be highlighting a seafood dip appetizer and pasta feature. There are no rules when it comes to ordering, you can order the one of the new features for lunch or dinner one day or every day of the week.

If time during the day or evening is a bit short, stopping by The Still House, which is a terrific wintertime blues escape, may be just what’s needed.

The Still House was designed as a coffeehouse and cocktail lounge. It features  Gervasi Caffé signature roastGervasi Spirits, craft cocktails, draft beersaward-winning wines, and a delectable appetizer menu.

The cocktail menu offers cocktail lovers everything from the classics of the prohibition era to the cutting-edge flavor combinations and flair techniques of today’s mixologists. The Gervasi Spirits feature bourbon, spiced rum, vodka, gin and flavor-infused spirits including a rosé vodka.

Craving something sweet for breakfast? Order one of the Mini Cinnamon Rolls with pour-over icing—it’s just so delicious and finger licking good!

For appetizers, lunch, or evening snacks, the Bacon Wrapped Dates with chorizo, Manchego, and sherry vinegar reduction bring sweet and salty together in one delightful snack.
