The Crush House is the place to dine for those who enjoy the atmosphere of a contemporary winery, wine bar and eatery housed in a modern industrial style building with indoor and outdoor seating options. Stop in for lunch or dinner and enjoy a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas and select entrées. Make sure you visit the expansive bar for wine tastings, cocktails and craft beers. Watch out for the Grinch when at The Crush House!

The Still House and The Cave are also amazing places to spend time over the holiday season. Designed as a coffeehouse and cocktail lounge, The Still House features Gervasi Caffé signature roast, Gervasi Spirits, craft cocktails, draft beers, award-winning wines, and a delectable appetizer menu.

The Cave offers private wine and antipasti-style events for your guests. Along with the wine-tasting experiences, you an option to serve antipasti displays featuring seafood, Cicchetti, desserts or carving stations.

Add a special ambiance to any lunch or evening meal by ordering one of the reds, whites or a selection from the Italian collection of wines to any meal. Gervasi award-winning wines are available at all eateries by the bottle or the glass.
