Our wines and our winery are at the heart of who we are at Gervasi Vineyard. Gervasi focuses on offering a varied wine portfolio that includes some of the best Italian wines on the market. Our Select line represents limited production artisan wines created for the distinguished palate. This collection is comprised of wines either handcrafted or hand-selected by Gervasi, which you are sure to savor.
Gervasi’s Italian Collection includes ten varietals from diverse regions around Italy, such as Tuscany, Piedmont, Venato and areas in the northern parts of Italy to the southern parts of Italy. Only the finest grapes are used in our Italian wines.
These hand-selected Italian wines are exquisite because we make it a rule to maintain consistency of quality when selecting or growing our grapes. Our director of winemaking and distilling travels to visit the partner growers or producers in Italy and sees firsthand the care they take in growing the grapes or producing quality wines. Seeking small, family-run wineries in several wine producing regions of Italy, Gervasi seeks to bring our guests outstanding representations of classical Italian greats. Hand selecting sources allows Gervasi to offer a wine portfolio for all tastes.
Two additional Italian wines (Lucello and Truscano Sangiovese) are hand-crafted at Gervasi’s own state-of-the-art winery.
Enjoy these fine Italian wines while visiting our picturesque 55-acre estate. The Italian Wine Collection is served at The Bistro, The Crush House and The Still House, Gervasi’s cocktail lounge. In addition, several of the more popular varietals are available to be delivered to your private suite.
