The Still House is designed as a coffeehouse and cocktail lounge and features Gervasi Caffé signature roastGervasi Spiritscraft cocktails, draft beersaward-winning wines, and a delectable appetizer menu. In the evening, live music offers just the right vibe to transform to a swanky cocktail lounge.

The new spring additions to the food, coffee, wine and cocktails menu include:


  • BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE with Blueberry Purée, Butter Pecan Syrup, Cinnamon, Espresso, Oat Milk, Whipped Cream and Granola Crumble. It’s just yummy.
  • LAVENDER LATTE with milk, white chocolate sauce, honey, lavender syrup and of course Espresso and a lavender pick. Delicious in the morning or any time of the day or evening.

  • TOASTED BAGEL topped with garlic cream cheese or butter
  • BREAKFAST SANDWICH that includes a garlic roasted bagel, short rib, scrambled eggs, caramelized onion, cheddar cheese and roasted garlic aioli – a great way to start the day off.

The Crush House is a contemporary winery, wine bar and eatery housed in a modern industrial-style building with indoor and outdoor dining options. Diners can stop in for lunch or dinner and enjoy a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas, and entrées.

The new springtime cocktails at The Crush House offerings:

  • LAVENDER GIN MARTINI created with Gervasi’s small batch gin, lavender syrup, St. Germain, lemon juice, and a lemon peel garnish
  • STRAWBERRY BASIL SMASH with Gervasi’s small batch vodka, lemon juice, honey, strawberries, and basil leaves

Newly added appetizers and entrees include:

  • BRUSCHETTA topped with basil-infused ricotta, balsamic caramelized onions, blistered grape tomatoes, balsamic glaze, and fried basil
